platform, mobile applications, and related services. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound

CayManage provides a sophisticated digital ecosystem designed for property owners, managers, and tenants to streamline administrative tasks, financial transactions, and communications. Our service is provided “as is,” focused on delivering architectural clarity to the complex world of property management.
2. User Obligations
As a user of CayManage, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to update such information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your access to the platform.
3. Property Listings
CayManage facilitates the display and management of real estate listings. We do not own, create, sell, or manage any property listings directly. All listings are the sole responsibility of the property manager or owner who uploads them.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates local laws or our community standards. Users are prohibited from posting fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory information regarding property availability or features.
4. Payments & Fees
CayManage may facilitate rent collection, security deposits, and maintenance fees through third-party payment processors. While we prioritize security through encryption, CayManage is not liable for technical failures of third-party payment gateways.
Subscription fees for property managers are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with a 30-day notice to our users.
